Yes, you are reading correctly: I am solo in Zanzibar, without Martin and Momo. Why that, you may ask yourself? You would not guess. There are a lot of Muslims living at the Tanzanian coast. In Zanzibar even 95% of the population are Muslim. Be it caused by their religion or not
many of them have problems with dogs. Thus we have a problem to travel with Momo from the mainland to the island. Hence it is just me going with the ferry to Zanzibar only for three days while Martin and Momo are staying on the campsite at the South Beaches of Dar.

„Spice-Queen“ mache ich den Jungs von der Gewürzfarm viel Freude – umgekehrt
aber auch

Ja, ihr lest richtig: Auf Sansibar bin ich allein, ohne Martin und
Momo. Wieso das denn, fragt ihr euch vielleicht? Ihr erratet es
bestimmt nicht. Die tansanische Küstenregion ist stark muslimisch geprägt. Auf
Sansibar sind sogar 95 % der Bevölkerung Muslime. Viele von ihnen haben,
unabhängig davon, ob von ihrer Religion tatsächlich begründet oder nicht, ein
Problem mit Hunden. Und in der Folge wir, mit Momo vom Festland auf die
Insel zu kommen. Also fahre nur ich kurz für drei Tage mit der Fähre hinüber,
während Martin und Momo auf der Campsite an den South Beaches von Dar
bleiben.
Natürlich kann ich die romantische Insel der Gewürze allein nicht so
genießen wie zu Zweit. Ich bemühe mich aber trotzdem recht erfolgreichJ...
